Does the city owe money to the guy? Who pays the insurance bill in this case?

That is one of the scariest things that can happen. Hope everyone is ok.
To answer moish question, I believe it’s the Township that will owe him money.

Food for Thought:
This is the first time in the history of Lakewood NJ that we had a sinkhole and a car fell inside. Thank You Hashem it appears that the driver was not injured because the article is not reporting any injuries.
I am wondering if Hashem is sending to all of us a message that we need to improve a little bit??

I was told the message. It’s that you must walk with your feet straight not leaning out.

Thankfully it was prior to parshas Korach, or it might not have ended so well.
