PHOTOS: Ben Inzelbuch treats Lakewood police officers to a Thanksgiving meal

Lakewood police officers arriving for the Thanksgiving night shift today were surprised to find a meal prepared for them, along with a note.

The meal was prepared by local resident Ben Inzelbuch.

The note read, “2-12 is crunch time during Thanksgiving, and probably the hardest time. While everyone else is spending time with their families and having a good time, 2-12 shift is responding to 911 hang ups and motor vehicle accidents. This just a small token of appreciation.”
