PHOTOS: Belzer Kehilla Marks One year since Opening of Community

belzA grand Melave Malka was held this past week in the Belzer Kehilla in Lakewood, celebrating the first year in Lakewood, the establishment of the Belz Kollel Avreichim, and in honor of the Yahrtzeit of The Bilgerier Rov Zatzal, the father of the current Belzer Rov Shlita.

Askonim and officials attending the event were Reb Aron Kotler, R’ Menashe Frankel, Mayor Akerman and Meir Lichtenstein.

Reb Aron Kotler sais that had his father Reb Schneur Zatzal seen this site today, it would bring tears of joy to his eyes.

An honorary award was presented to Rabbi Moshe Yisroel Brezel and his son Reb Yitzchok, praising them for being the first to make a large donation to the Kollel,

The Seuda took place in the Belz Shul, located in phase one of two in the community. A larger Shul is expected to be built in the second phase.
