On Purim evening, approximately 45 boys learned after Krias Megillah at the home of Mr. and Mrs Michael Inzelbuch. They enjoyed the light of Torah, good food, dancing, and music.
It was a special group – half of which were 8th grade boys from Rabbi Metzger’s “Arischa” group who learn 3 nights a week after completing their regular school day and are considered “Miztuyanim”.
The rest of the boys were from the Mekor Hachinuch Mosad, a special education program whose creation was made possible, in part, when Inzelbuch served as special education consultant to the Board of Education, and now has 100’s of boys and girls learning in Yeshivas throughout Lakewood. Mekor Hachinuch is ran by Mechaneches Mrs. Leah Schlesinger.
At the end of the evening, the two groups joined together to dance and sing in a truly integrated and inclusive atmosphere.
Beautiful!! Keep up the amazing work!! A true Kiddush Hashem!!
