Those old wooden poles should have been replace 20 years ago. Instead of JCP&L doing proper maintenance they let the wind blow them down and the insurance company pay for the repair and damage.
And look at the patchwork in the roadway! Who opened the roadway and patched it like that! The quality of the road repair needs to be supervised by the Township! This repair is unacceptable. May a fine should be levied against the contractor/builder.
