PHOTOS: Patient extricated from overturned vehicle on Ocean Avenue

IMG_3479A man was extrication from his vehicle after it flipped on Ocean Avenue a short time ago.

The accident occurred around midnight near the Ocean County Park.

The patient sustained non life-threatening injuries, officials said. He was transported to the hospital by Lakewood First Aid.

A utility pole was snapped in half as a result of the accident, and the road will partially shut for repairs.
