New Jersey Assembly Republican Leader Jon Bramnick was in Lakewood yesterday evening, hosted by Dr. Rich Roberts.
Following a tour at BMG, Bramnick was joined by community leaders for a photo op and private dinner at Roberts’ home, where guests had a chance to hear of some of the Assemblyman’s accomplishments and positions. His short address was followed by a question and answer session, which ensued with important discussions regarding Lakewood’s growth and future.
Among the guests, were Reb Aron Kotler, Deputy Mayor Menashe Miller and Committeeman Meir Lichtenstein.
Dr. Roberts has over the years hosted dozens of local and national political figures, many of whom have entered presidential races.

I hope that all these fund raisers and vists to Lakewood accomplish something for our community. What I am specificlly focusing on is our Board of Ed and school funding mess. We all know that the state montior is creating lots of difficulties. Christie is a prominet Republican. seeking some type of higher office. That may be the presidency or it maybe part of a republican presidents adminstration were a republican to win in 2016.
The bottom line is that money talks. If we are making large fund raisers for republicans why not sieze the moment? Tell the politcan to felx his muscles with Christie. He should tell Christe to back off and start supporting us struggling working familes whom the school board represents. Money talks!
