VIDEO: LPD Detective Captain Paul Daly Retires After 29 Years of Service

VIDEO: Lakewood Police Department Detective Captain Paul Daly retired today after 29 years of service to the Department. Captain Daly, one of the highest ranking officers in the Department, also served as the head of the Detectives Bureau.

“I’m sorely going to miss him,” said Police Chief Rob Lawson. “He’s an outstanding guy.”

Captain Daly chose to retire in a private ceremony – without the standard ‘walk-out’ event.

The best of every thing to you PAUL, you earned it. I hope the one taking your place does as good of job you did.
