  1. I once commented on this website about an acquaintance of mine who insisted that I was crazy and that I needed to get checked out by a medical professional.
    I noted at the time that I was happy that the Lakewood Wawa had recently installed self-checkout counters because that enabled me to check myself out on my own without having to see a medical professional.
    Of course I am now equally satisfied that Gourmet Glatt has also installed self-checkout counters, which enables me to shop for meat etc. and check myself out at the same time.
    I still need to check out whether the machines will, or will not accept checks. But other than that, the machines definitely check off all the boxes.
