A man was arrested this evening after allegedly shoplifting from a Lakewood shop which he burglarized over the weekend.
On Friday night, the man was seen on video shattering the store window.
This evening, he allegedly returned to the shop and shoplifted – but this time he was recognized and police were called.
He was taken out in cuffs.
