why are there shirts out ?

If I drove by and saw that, it definitely would brighten my day!
What does it make a difference if there shirts are out it matters.

If we are being picky, why did you misspell there when you meant their? (Unless you meant over there – and in that case your sentence structure is incorrect.)
I know this yeshiva, a wonderful yeshiva , doing amazing things. I pass by that yeshiva everyday,and the boys always look so happy and well behaved. You guys should have much Hatzlocha and looking forward to Purim morning toll booth over there!!!!!!
