This is needed by corner of chestnut and colonial drive. Everyone comes to daven in the morning and they park without thinking about the safety of the neighborhood people that risk their lives not getting t-boned every single morning due to them blocking the view by corner hugging. I always wonder if its ok to call the police when people park like that? Is that against halacha to report?
Scared resident of chestnut area.
It will only help if the police issue tickets….
Good. Now enforce it. It’s the cause of too many accidents
Try going westbound on Greencove crossing Hillside in Westgate. Hillside curves both north and south limiting visibility. Add a school bus or full size van parked near the corner and you are driving blinxly.
Don’t you legally need a No Parking sign?
Couldn’t agree with you more Joshua.
They can color the sidewalks the colors of the rainbow or even put strobe lights for all I care…
If they don’t ticket people from parking there than – Alas! – to no avail…
its time to put metal posts in the ground !!
I have said many times to put spikes for parking spot markers and no parking zones and people will learn very quickly how to park

Maybe the air should be let out of their tires. It would inconvenience these inconsiderate drivers but it would save lives….
just tow the cars and the problem will stop in 48 hours
We don’t have enough parking spaces as it is now, where are we going to put all these displaced cars.
We need these at the corner of Birch and Williams too.
You don’t need no parking signs; you don’t even need painted curbs. The law is that you cannot park within 50 ft of a stop sign and 25 ft from an intersection
