PHOTOS – TRAFFIC ALERT: Chopper Lands on Rt 9 in Woodbridge for Serious Accident

chopper rt 9 medevacA State Police helicopter landed on Route 9 in Woodbridge moments ago following a serious accident, Woodbridge Police confirm to TLS.

Police say two people were injured in the accident, one seriously, but they are still treating the patients on the ground.

chopper 2Route 9 was shut southbound in Woodbridge parallel to approximately mile marker 126 on the nearby garden State Parkway. Expect heavy delays.
