This photo speaks volumes of what some Lakewood residents are feeling these days with regards to home security.
A resident heading on vacation today sent us this photo, showing him packing up his silver and valuables in bags, and dropping them off at a neighbor for watch while he’s away.
“It’s sick,” said the resident.
Around $1,500,000 in valuables were stolen during Lakewood burglaries in the past few months.

Where does this neighbor live? can we have photos of his house too? how about video showing how to unlock his combination?
But it’s good we re-elected our committeemen, right?
Uuhh mr. garyyankeefan,
None of these burglaries occurred when the owners were home. A clock.44 cost $1000 that would have been stolen too.
How ironic would it be if his neighbor is a burglar?
