A comunity kolel is the most effective tool in creating a frum comunity hands down look at chicago la toronto etc.
Then look at chabad comunities – nothing frei!!!

You cant take yungeleit out of the BM for Kiruv its bitul zman.
Without Wolfson there would ONLY be Chabad.
Without Rohr there wouldnt be Chabad.

Is Gesher the place that was taken over by Oorah, or is that Sholom?
The Lubabitcher Rebbe devoted his whole chassidus to shlichus – kudos.
The Novominsker Rebbe is also very pro-Kiruv.
The Lubavitcvhers put kiruv on the map.
