We regret to inform you of the Petirah of Reb Yankel Schwartz Z”L of Lakewood. He was 78.
He is survived by his wife Faiga Liba, and his children Mrs. Mirsh Uhr, Mrs. Suri Wiengarten, Mrs. Esther Nussbuam, Mrs. Bailu Lieberman, Mrs. Gitty Nussbaum, and R’ Shmuel Schwartz.
The Levaya is scheduled to take place at 10:30 PM tonight at Rabbi Leifer’s Shul, 415 Monmouth Avenue. Kevurah in Long Island.
Shiva will begin tomorrow at 6a Cannas Dr. (Country Place).

He lived here the last two years. He always had a smile despite being ill. He was the epitome of what it means to be a true yiras shmayim. May all of his wonderful daughters find peace and healing in this time of mourning.
