  1. As someone who is close with most of his children this is a very sad בשורה. Being that I davened for many years at the Bais Hamedrash of R’ Lazer Apter Shlita and got to know R’ Moshe Shimon Z”l quite well over many years and had some conversations with him all I could say is that most people don’t know and perhaps will never know how great of a person he was. He did an amazing job in hiding his gadlus. A real gem of a person! And a true עובד H-shem in every sense of the word.. a real difficult loss for his beautiful mishpocho.. may the RSO give them a true נחמה.

  2. BDE… although I have not seen R’ Moshe for ten years or so now, I carry with me so many memories. He was an inspiration in so many ways. Yehi Zichro Boruch.

  3. R Moshe Shimon was one of the Gems of the Viener Kehilla in Borough Park. He was makpid not to talk in shul. He had a special chevra that said the brachos out loud so they can all answer Amen. What a zis and tayere yid. No wonder R Moshe Shimon and his special wife built such a wonderful family!
    Yehi Zichro Baruch
