We regret to inform you of the Petirah of Reb Moshe Lemmer Z”L. He was approximately 68 years old.
He is the father of Shulem (Toms River), Duvid (Lakewood), and Chesky (Toms River).
The Levaya is scheduled to take place at 12:00 Noon on Sunday at Shomrei Hadas Chapels, 3803 14th Avenue, Brooklyn.
Shiva information will be published when available.
Baruch Dayan Ha’emes.
Also the brother of R’ Avrumi Lemmer, a Tom’s River resident.
Burech dayan huemes, I find it a bit weird that you wrote father of shulem lemmer, there are several Brothers in Lakewood and Toms River, duvid, chesky and shulem maybe more brothers
do you know the names of all the relatives? if not, why are you bothering the editor of this news service? they gave the name of the niftar z”l along with the name of one of the relatives they knew about, and like this people can connect who it is, which family, etc. whoever knows them will already know by themselves what to do.
may we hear besoros tovos yeshuos and nechamos!
So sad, I still remember his daughter, Tzippy ah who was niftares so tragically and young. May they be a malitz yoshur for klal yisroel so we can only share bisuros tovos!
And if I remember correctly I think it was his daughter’s yahrtzeit today!!!!
BDE no words!
Yaakov is another son. Also well known in the misic world, he’s the main chazan at Lincoln square synagogue.

One of the nicest down to earth people I knew. Was a great yid , always humble and nice to talk to. Just recently gave a Sefer Torah to his Shul , always did nice things without fanfare . Life may not have been easy but I never heard him complain. Will be missed.
