UPDATED: We regret to inform you of the Petirah of R’ Yosef (Joe) Ramras Z’L, who was Niftar today at his home. R’ Yosef, approximately 85, was the former owner of Leisure Chateau. The Levaya will be held Sunday at the 7th Street Chapel at 12:30 PM. Baruch Dayan Ha’emes.

What a wonderful man. A survivor who just kept growing in yiddishkeit and has a family of ehrlicher yidden and bnei torah. A baal tzedoko, a man with humility and a man of ahavas yisroel. Vee ehr hut leeb gehat yeeder yid. Lakewood lost it’s last survivor whose number on his arm entitled him to give brochos as per the Satmar Rebbe z”l. May his dear wife and children continue his legacy and may they have a nechama.
