We regret to inform you of the Petirah of R’ Shaul Shatzkes of Lakewood, who was Niftar a short time ago. R’ Shaul suffered a stroke several months ago, and was transported to a hospital in Staten Island, where he was Niftar. He was in his fifties.
He is survived by his wife Mashy, and nine children, one who recently married.
The Levaya will be taking place at 1PM Friday at the BMG Yoshon. Kevurah will take place in Lakewood.
Baruch Dayan Ha’emes.

What a special good hearted person.
Shocking. R’ Shaul’s hasmadah and his integrity in learning were matched only by his self-effacing humility. As someone who has worked with him on various projects, all I can say is chaval al di’avdin velo mishtakchin. May he be a meilitz yosher for his dear family and all of Klal Yisrael.
Oyyyyyyy… Such a tragedy. Hashem, give atrength to the family and Klal Yiaroel.
What a loss…
There are no words…
Not enough tears…
Hashem… Test us no longer… Just send Moshiach Tzidkainu!
An aching soul.

What a special person. So devestating! His family should have nechamos and many simchos.
Also, I believe he has 11 children, not 9.
