We regret to inform you of the Petirah of Mrs. Sarah Rachel Cohen A”H, who was Niftar this evening.

Mrs. Cohen A”H was originally from Cleveland and recently resided in Lakewood. She was just a couple days shy of her 80th birthday.

She is survived by her husband, Dr. Shmuel Yaakov, and her children Mrs. Devorah Waxman (Lakewood), Mrs. Leora Cohen (Beitar), Mrs. Elana Dubovick (Chicago), Mrs. Yehudis Saftlas (Melbourne, Australia), Mrs. Chaya Abrams (Denver), Yoel Cohen (Lakewood), Zev Cohen (Lakewood), and Levi Cohen (Lakewood).

The Levaya is scheduled to take place 11:30 AM at the 7th Street Chapel, and the Kevurah in the nearby Bais Olam.
