The Philadelphia Rebbe was he brother of he Brizels from EY when his father came to EY he changed his name from Lipshutz to Brizel he kept the name Lipshutz. He was in Europe when his parents were in EY and couldn’t get to E’Y so he went to America ( St Louis ) and then was invited to Philadelphia to be the Rebbe there. He is buried next to his Heiliger brothers the Brizels on Har Hamenuchos.
