  1. She was one of the most choshuva tzidkonios of our dor. Being the daughter of Hachover Dr. Raphael Moeller Zt”l she was the first one to have a real Bikur Cholem home where hundreds of people had a place to stay and were taken care of by Mrs. Rothscild for days and weeks. She will be terribly missed TNTB”H

  2. I am sure that countless thousands of people owe her the greatest hakaros hatov for her selfless devotion in helping people who she didn’t even know, as I myself am included. She saved my family in the most profound sense, when there was no one else to turn to.

  3. Both so hospitable and empowering. We sat around the table, guests on Friday evenings, enjoying Shabbos food, song, and each male asked to share a word (or two) of Torah. This in addition to other chesed they did, including at the local medical center.

  4. Wow. I never had the z’chus to meet her, but having known her son, Zeev, and reading the comments about her I feel like I actually did
May the family have a Nechama

  5. She was actually the daughter of Moreinu Dr Raphael Moller זצ”ל (not every yekke is hechover – the title given to him by Rav Breuer זצ”ל was Moreinu). She was the daughter of one of the biggest בעלי חסד of the last 100 years as well as the wife of Reb Johnny Rothschild – a real “oisgeabertar” yid – תורה עבודה וגמילת חסדים במקום אחד. Their shabbos table was literally מעין עוה”ב, full with guests and Torah and zemiros – it transported you out of this world. She spent almost all of her years working without any compensation in Columbia Presbyterian hospital to insure that all frum yidden receive the best medical care possible and that they and their families are comfortable. They constantly had guests in their own apartment whom they waited on so graciously, in addition to the fact that they kept their old apartment on 169th st near the hospital when they moved out, as a bikur cholim apartment. Her greatest concern over the last few weeks was why family members of Columbia Presbyterian patients are staying in other more modern and upscale bikur cholim facilities instead of hers. Like Avraham avinu who felt bad he couldn’t perform chesed when Hashem made it that no guests were coming. Impossible to describe the elevated life that she and her husband lived. It would take at least a book. תנצב”ה.
