We regret to inform you of the Petirah of Mrs. Chaya Leiser A”H of Lakewood who was Niftar following a lengthy illness.

Mrs. Leiser A”H leaves behind her husband, R’ Duvy, and young children. The family resides in the Ridge Avenue area.

She also served as an eighth grade teacher in Bais Faiga.

The Levaya is scheduled to take place at 4:00 PM today at the chapel in Lakewood, 613 Ramsey Avenue. Kevurah in Lakewood.

She was my teacher in 8th grade. I remember I had a significant personal struggle that year, and she always looked out for me throughout that whole period, letting me do less schoolwork, checking in with me, etc. She really made me feel seen and taken care of, which made that year a whole lot easier.
