  1. This is Miriam Jakob, moshes brother. I was with him the night he passed. To answer some questions, full name is moshe chain Ben yehudis (or I guess my father’s name is Dovid or David) and does work at B&H. And yes Moshe was VERY close w rabbi Gissinger z”l. Another shock wave bc I was also very close with the rav like I’m sure so many others but my whole family was very close with the rav but he had a special place in his heart for Moshe. I am obviously sitting Shiva. But just wanted to answer some questions I’m obviously still in shock and it will take time to get over something like this because we were very very close but thanks for everyone that wrote the kind words! it means a lot!

  2. Moshes full name is Moshe Chaim Ben yehudis (or I guess Dovid or David) and yes my father does work at B&h. Moshe was extremely close with Rabbi Gissinger. I was also very close with Rabbi Gissinger so this is all very sad and a double whammy but Rabbi Gissinger always had a special place in his heart for Moshe. Obviously at the moment I’m just in shock and I just wanted to answer the questions that were being asked. I was with Moshe when he passed. Moshe was extremely special in so many ways and he will really be missed by so many people that loved him and it still do love him and always will.
