Terrible news. He was a decent and kind man, someone every Ben Torah should aspire to become. May his family find nechama.

Meir Leib Z’L, was a tremendous baal middos and accepted his yisurim, knowing that Everything is from hashem. And like Zaidy miller always said. This world we prepare ourselves for the Real world.

Meir Leib lived that preparing himself for his final Bechina

ברוך דיין האמת Meir Leib ז״ל was a very special person. I had the Zechus to be his חברותא when we learned in Novominsk. Despite him being very smart, he was so uncomplicated and Happy. He always had a genuine smile on his face, and was such a pleasure to be around. He never seemed to be bothered by petty things, that bog down most of us.
May he be a מליץ יושר for his wife and children. And may his family have a נחמה, בתוך שאר אביחי ציון וירושלים.

A brilliant mind that accepted everyone and kept himself above everyone without looking down at anyone. If that seems like a stira listen to his brother in laws hesped with Reb Meir Leib NOTHING was a contradiction. Had the zechus to get to know the family over this tekufa what amazing ppl! His siblings literally gave up their house and became guests in their own homew. Such warm amazing ppl, they should have a nechama.
