We regret to inform you of the Petirah of Chazan Avi Schwarzmer Z”L.

He grew up in Mt. Vernon, lived in Fairfield, Connecticut, and moved to Lakewood approximately six years ago, where he resided in The Fairways.

He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Peggy Schwarzmer, his son Raanan of Albany, his son Tonny of Israel, and his daughter Tali of Israel. He was approximately 70 years old.

The Levaya is scheduled to take place 9:30 PM tonight in the chapel in Lakewood, 613 Ramsey Avenue, with Kevurah in Lakewood.
