VIDEO MESSAGE: As Pesach approaches and many families make their way out of town for the Yom Tov, Police Chief Rob Lawson offers some safety tips and advice to help keep homes and neighborhoods safe. Some of the tips include: Ensuring your home is secure, having a neighbor pick up your mail and leaving lights on timers so that your home appears occupied.
Additionally, says Lawson, patrol officers have been assigned to keep an extra eye out in neighborhoods throughout town.
As usual, should you notice any suspicious activity, do not hesitate to call police, or stop an officer patrolling your area.
Chief Lawson wishes all a ‘Chag Kosher V’sameach Pesach’.
Rob – I’ve said this before and I’ll say it again, that Lakewood is extremely fortunate to have you at the top. Your leadership together with your unique friendship towards the citizens of this town is something we are all so appreciative of. Not every town is fortunate to have a police chief and an individual as special as you. From all of us here in Lakewood a very special thank you for all that you do.
Thank You Chief Lawson.
