Asur the entire year not just Pesach. For two reasons. 1) Venishmartem Meod Lenafshoseichem. 2) Veahavta Leracha Kamocha, not to release those putrid fumes in front where other people can smell them. I personally had to switch to learn in a different Beis Midrash for Night Seder because in the first one people vaped, and even with the added flavors, I could not deal with the fumes.

@plonialmomi please explain the danger, an-aside they smell delicious ,you average kishke is probably more hazardous to your health then a nicotine vape do your research
