Many know the plight of the hostages in Eretz Yisroel R’L. For Shuvu, it’s even more personal as one hostage Bar Avrohom Kuperstein is a precious alumnus who attended Shuvu. Bar learned about Shabbos at Shuvu, started putting on Tefillin, and even brought the beauty of Yiddishkeit back home – with his parents becoming baalei teshuva!
