Community invited to tour the new office and meet the doctors at an August 4 Open House; Dr. Ukraincik joins Pediatric Affiliates team
Local Lakewood pediatric group Pediatric Affiliates is expanding its practice to serve the rapidly growing Jackson community. The new office, located at 27 S Cooks Bridge Road inside the Hackensack Meridian Health Village, has been thoughtfully designed with families of the community in mind.
The Jackson office features a warm, modern interior, spacious exam rooms, and a welcoming waiting room complete with a built-in train display to engage and delight young patients. The pediatric practice thought of every detail in the construction of the new location–aiming to create a comfortable environment that reflects the needs of the Jackson population.
To celebrate the opening, Pediatric Affiliates is inviting the public to a special Open House celebration on Monday, August 4, from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Families are encouraged to stop by, meet the providers, tour the facility, and enjoy kid-friendly entertainment–like balloon animals and giveaways. Both existing patients and curious community members can drop in for FREE ice cream (cholov yisroel) from the on-site ice cream truck that will be in attendance.
Pediatric Affiliates of Jackson will offer a full range of pediatric services, including: newborn exams, immunizations, well checks, sick visits, and behavioral health consultations. The new location will be staffed by familiar and highly regarded providers in the community. Among them are Dr. Ira Haimowitz and Dr. Robert Shanik, as well as a new face: Dr. Miro Ukraincik, a beloved pediatrician known throughout the Lakewood and greater Ocean County communities.
Dr. Ukraincik brings more than 25 years of pediatric experience and is widely known for his compassionate, personalized care and long-standing relationships with local families.
“His reputation in the community and the trust he’s built with so many families make him a natural and exciting addition to our growing team,” said Dr. Haimowitz.
Drs. Ukraincik, Shanik, and Haimowitz are eager to provide care and offer the clinical excellence Pediatric Affiliates has come to represent at the new Jackson location. They will begin seeing patients in Jackson starting Wednesday, August 6.
The Jackson Township office joins Pediatric Affiliates’ existing network of locations throughout Ocean and Monmouth counties, which supports growth in communities with rising demand for accessible, high-quality pediatric care.
