I feel bad for this person and others who have been hit, but people must wear reflectors!!!

  2. As a newcomer to Lakewood, I am appalled how people walk around, dressed in all black, without reflectors at NIGHT! You canNOT be seen by a driver in a car!! Get a reflector, and GET A LIFE! LITERALLY!

  3. I have lived in Lakewood for over 5 years, and I have lost count of the number of times I have come close to hitting someone who is out walking after dark. PLEASE protect me, and you by wearing reflectors. PLEASE.

  4. Wearing a reflector at night should be as mandatory as a headlight on a car or a helmet on a motorcycle. There’s absolutely no excuse not wear one. A few hefty fines should make an impact this terrible habit.
