Police have just arrested a bike thief on Second Street and Clifton Avenue. The man was getting onto ‘his’ bike when a child passing by realized it was his recently stolen bike. The child alerted an LCSW member working nearby, who came outside to speak with the man. The member told the thief he would like to purchase the bike, and went to ‘get some cash’ while the thief waited outside with the bike.
The member went inside his shop and immediately called the police and LCSW.
Police arrived and after a positive ID was made on the bike, the thief was taken into custody. TLS-CCP

I see so many cozy coupes and childrens riding toys and strollers left out all night. Why wouldn’t anyone just take them?

My Sons bike got stolen from inside our garage ,

If the Person who works in the store is a lcsw member why did he need to call Lakewood police and lcsw if he is a member. wouldn’t the lcsw have been there already?
