PBA’s Winter Charity Events Postponed

UPDATED: The PBA’s ‘Hoops For Hunger’ event, as well as their Coat Drive, which were to take place to raise funds for charity, have both been postponed due to the recent storms, a PBA official tells TLS.

The Hoops for Hunger charity event was to feature a basketball game Tuesday at the Lakewood High School gym between members of the PBA and members of the Piners team.

The Coat Drive and Soup Kitchen, now in it’s third year, to benefit the homeless and less-fortunate Lakewood residents by distributing free coats and other clothing items ahead of the Winter season, was also postponed until further notice.
