PBA Hosts Pasta Dinner For Seniors

officers serving dinnerPHOTOS: On Friday evening, members of the Lakewood Police P.B.A. Local No. 71 served dinner to approximately 150 local senior citizens in a free pasta dinner to thank them for their continuous support. The food – donated by local businesses including Kosher West, Woodlake Country Club and others – was served by Local No. 71 President Gary Przewoznik and fellow police officers.

The dinner was held at the Original Leisure Village in Dorchester Hall, Route 70, Lakewood.

  1. I attended. You would expect that preparing 150 meals might be a quite a task for an outfit that is not normally in the catering business, but they pulled it off without a hitch. Incidentally, the master chef – Officer Ken Burge, happens to be our police ilaison to the Leisure Village neighborhood watch.
