PHOTOS: On Friday evening, members of the Lakewood Police P.B.A. Local No. 71 served dinner to approximately 150 local senior citizens in a free pasta dinner to thank them for their continuous support. The food – donated by local businesses including Kosher West, Woodlake Country Club and others – was served by Local No. 71 President Gary Przewoznik and fellow police officers.
The dinner was held at the Original Leisure Village in Dorchester Hall, Route 70, Lakewood.

Good job 302. Don’t forget to wear those sunglasses next time, it was kind of bright inside.
I attended. You would expect that preparing 150 meals might be a quite a task for an outfit that is not normally in the catering business, but they pulled it off without a hitch. Incidentally, the master chef – Officer Ken Burge, happens to be our police ilaison to the Leisure Village neighborhood watch.
