Owner of Eat-a-Pita Gets a Knock on His Door With Thousands of Dollars in Cash

This letter and envelope of cash were delivered today via Uber to the owner of Eat-a-Pita of Lakewood.

The owner tells TLS the envelope contained thousands of dollars

“Mi K’amcha Yisroel,” Mr. Mizrahi said.

He added that he will be donating the money to Tzedakah (charity).

To the person who did this: according to halacha you can not get mechilah anonymously even if the store owner says he is mochel you b’lev shalaim in order to get get mechila from shamayim you need to approach him, i know its very uncomfortable, just bite the bullet and do it for your future peace of mind

  4. I am of no particular faith but a deep admirer of any faith that inspires people to do good in the world. This qualifies !! To those who hate or disregard anyone based on an aspect of their being and cannot open their eyes to the fact that goodness is found everywhere, I beg for a change of heart.
    I hope this article can be maybe just a part of that for someone and the good shall go on.
