Updated ETA to restoration.

An official told TLS that according to JCPL the issue is more widespread than originally believed. It appears the outage was caused by an overload of the grid due to the heat. pic.twitter.com/UUTC2b9JPz

  Over building to were the infrastructure cant handle it would be my first guess, never mind that it was very hot yesterday

are any of the buildings belonging to BMG affected
