  1. Growing up I cannot recall a power outage and now I can’t recall a month going by without a few!
Is it possible (gasp) that the unfettered, out of control growth is straining the local grid?

  2. I was without power for several hours a few days ago, until a friend of mine recommended that I lift weights and drink some protein powder. It worked like a charm. As soon as I took a dose of protein powder and did a few reps of bench pressing, I felt like a new man, and my power was restored.

  3. Big Al: I agree with you 100%. I have lived in Lakewood for 26 years. We never had so many power outages as we do now. The power grid can not sustain the demand; especially during an unprecedented heat wave.
The amount of building is the cause of power outages. Stop blaming the electric company. They are doing their best to maintain us.
