From the petition: In the most recent election we have witnessed the greatest injustice to the American voter.
Our aim is to have the entire election recounted or re voted with better overwatch of how votes are received and counted. The voters of the United States of America are tired of the misrepresentation that the media gives to the election. We do feel there shall be a peaceful resolution to this most recent election. We feel certain States have acted unconstitutionally in the lack of transparency as to where votes have come from and how they have been processed. We also ask that no media outlet be able to report the votes cast for one candidate or the other until such time that 100% of the vote has been received and counted and verified. We ask this be mandated to all electoral races local, state and federal.

I don’t understand. What will a petition accomplish? I want Trump to win, but the SCOTUS is not beholden to listen to a petition.

How dumb. We are a federal republic in which the states, in many ways, are more sovereign than the national government. Good luck in influencing all 50 state legislatures. And BTW there aren’t two parties in the United States, but 100 parties (third parties are irrelevant in our winner take all system). You have the Democratic party and Republican party in Alaska, the Democratic party and Republican party in Arkansas, and so forth.
Only five states need to recount or re-vote. PA, GA, MI, NV

First any state that finds fraud will and should do a Revote.. they can do it the week of Nov30th-Dec4th for absentee voters.. and Dec 8th for inperson voting in the 6 states if there was fraud found. If there wasn’t enough evidence in that state.. then it’s a general recount in 5 of them.
To all the the defeatist Trump supporters. Even with the current full court press media censorship from CNN to FOX, Google, Twitter & Facebook. There is so much provable fraud coming through the cracks its unreal. They can’t even delete it as as quickly as it is coming out.. I agree there is great evil powers at work trying to subdue the truth but don’t just give up because they look like they hold all the cards.. Hashem runs this world & he holds all the cards.. you should never give up when fighting for the Truth.
Evidence of election fraud by the Democrats is rampant in several states. There should be a re-vote in alleged states which is the only way to really be fair to the citizens.

We the people demand a recount in person with cops or national guard standing by pollster watching the count and verifying that the vote is legal. Also the voter needs to show Id no more mail in anything! If we can go to Dr , grocery store, etc with mask we can vote with one too! It’s just the corruption I won’t tolerate and the cheating !!!!
I got 4 voting ballots in the mail.. I threw them out.. I’m sure many got more than 1.. I voted in Person. I bet millions of ballots were filled out by the DNC and put in the mail when mail in voting started in many citys and democratic areas.. even republican areas. This is why Biden didn’t campaign. He was told they had millions of votes PLANTED.. This is not speculation.. they been trying to get rid of Trump for 4 years.. do you think they will leave this to the people to decide again? No. they wanted to make sure Biden got the win in key battleground states.. they just didn’t expect Trump to get close to 72M. .so they had to stop the counting Tuesday night and started manufacturing votes and throwing out Trump votes that haven’t been counted. 90-95% of all votes after Tuesday night went to Biden in Wisconsin,Michigan,Pennsylvania,Georgia and 80% in Nevada.

Citizens of Georgia could very well petition their legislature. In fact, any state that allows recalls should try for a re-vote with strict stipulations of No mail in, ID required, Parties supervising each other, the registers cleaned up 1st, and the use of paper ballots. We should seek time for a re-vote because of mass fraud or civil war is going to break out. I for one will not recognize a man as President who has stolen my most precious right. He’s an enemy of the People. Theft of votes leaves the people unrepresented and we all know that is why our Founders declared Independence. Tyrannical England would not give up its hold over us, thus Britain took the 1st shot. We did not realize how much power the left had assumed in recent years. They are not going to let us go without a fight. We don’t want blood shed and BLM and Antifa have already fired the 1st shots (several times). That is why I believe it is very important for citizens of each state to push for a strict re vote, so there is no question whatsoever whom “We the People” have chosen. Every state may not go for it, but we have to make it clear.
With the news of about machines changing votes, I think Californians need to fight. They have always been off beat, but the last 10 years, they been wild for even California. People are living in fear of speaking their true thoughts, believing their jobs, etc will be hurt, when a lot of the fear is just voting data that has been manipulated. That is not living. “Give me liberty or give me death.”
