Over 1,000 Lakewood residents without power, 500 in Jackson

Over 1,110 JCP&L customers in Lakewood and over 500 in Jackson are without power this evening.

Most of the outages are in the area of 14th Street and County Line Road.

The cause is unknown at this time, but JCP&L says repairs should be completed by 10:30 PM.

How do they know they can have the repairs done by 10:30 PM if they don’t know what the cause of the problem is?
