I think he runs a great organization. In addition to providing a zmanim hotline he makes braille seforim and computer pads(they convert the words on to the computer into Braille on the pad) with all seforim on it for those who cannot see. Whoever can make donations to CSB Care (Stands for Computer Sciences for the Blind) will allow Rabbi L. to continue with his great work.
