PHOTOS: An out of control vehicle drove through a Raintree home this past weekend, taking out two bedrooms, before coming to a stop near a bed in which one of the residents were sleeping. The driver was heading north on Ridge Avenue with his Landrover when he lost control on the wet road, slammed into a mail box in the southbound lane, then crossed over both lanes, jumped the curb and drove through the home.
Luckily, the other residents in the home walked out of the room moments before the SUV came plowing through, and nobody was injured.
The driver was issued a summons for Careless Driving.

Wow! A nes no one was injured! Has anyone else noticed that the latest TLS stories are all (poor) driving related?? It is time for the people of Lakewood to start driving safely and defensively as opposed to the careless and offensive driving we see/hear about on a daily basis.
Wait, this guy could’ve killed people, and all he got was a summons for careless driving?! He should’ve been arrested at the very least!
it clearly says that the driver lost control on the wet road- why arrest the driver?!????????
If they determine the cause of the crash was due to the drivers negligence, (speeding, texting, etc.) he/she can potentially get several summons’, suspended license, or even jail time.
Drivers should be in control of there vehicle’s at all times. Thats the Law
