OU: Today, the Union of Orthodox Jewish Congregations condemned the most recent terrorist attack upon innocent civilians in Jerusalem.

There is no justification for random attacks on the streets of Jerusalem against pedestrians going about their daily lives.

We call upon international leaders to follow the lead of U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry, which we appreciate, and unequivocally condemn such acts of violence and state their support for the safety of civilians upon the streets of Jerusalem, Israel’s capital city.
