While Clinton may not share the highly liberal worldview of Barack Obama and may indeed be more center left (at least on some days), there is little doubt her supreme court picks would have a liberal worldview. This is consequential, for were a liberal judge to replace Justice Scalia, a constitutional conservative and legal scholar, the potential repercussions for the decisions of The Supreme Court could be vast.
On moral family values The Supreme Court can sometimes be highly consequential in establishing the law of the land. Roe VS. Wade is an example of the court deciding on issues involving moral values. A Clinton court pick could potentially lead to further supreme court stamps of approval for immorality and decadence.
With Scalia, the court had both conservative and liberal judges, electing a president even a moderate Democrat could tip the balance of the court. With a Republican president, no matter how flawed he may be we can have pro family and pro morality judges on the Supreme Court of America. While they may not overturn Roe v Wade or other leftist rulings, a Republican will keep the court from further endorsing immorality and promoting leftist liberalism from the bench.
Obama has already picked two liberal judges who have a history of judicial activism, many Americans do not want more of this. A justice should be fair and rule based on law not based on left wing biases and agendas.
While many would not view Mr.Trump as their first choice for president and would reason that on some issues Clinton would be moderate, The Supreme Court is highly consequential. Clinton would be beholden to the left of her party as she would feel she owes them and as a result possibly nominate a liberal judge. This could have negative consequences for America for generations to come. Mr.Trump has said he would appoint conservative judges and has even listed judges he would consider from the federalist society. The choice is not between two great candidates for president, however the consequences of a Clinton victory could mean the Supreme Court becomes yet another left wing anti family institution.
No doubt Clinton’s Supreme Court choices would create very bad decisions that are against our values.
As the writer of this article stated, this has to play a major role in who we vote for.

I agree with well written opinion but think that she would select a more moderate judge as she will need the republican congress to work with her to enact legislation
Let’s keep this very simple. I abhor most everything about Clinton. But Trump is simply dangerous. If the choices are Clinton or an angry conservative minded 14 yr old kid, who do you elect? Why is the answer Clinton if she would appoint liberal super court justices? The answer should be self explanatory. Clinton may be a disaster for the Supreme Court, but the Supreme Court makes little difference, if the entire country is in danger!
