Dear Mayor Reina, This week, a horrific anti-Semitic act of massive vandalism was committed against a Jewish family home.
That calls for you to finally – finally come out and say that you are against hate and will no longer wink and nod to the haters.
Stop issuing your soft condemnations and say it like a man: “It’s 1000% wrong to be biased against Jews.”
Start supporting your own local Jewish residents, instead of spying on them and trying to zone them out.
When someone falsely libels Jews as lawbreakers – call that hater out – say to them – “You are acting in an evil way and are wrong.”
When you get the next call complaining about Jews in parks, in stores, in the streets, in their homes, in their shuls, in their schools, in their businesses – tell the person that Jackson is a loving diverse town and there’s only ONE type of person not welcome in Jackson – the haters.
