A disorderly call resulted in the arrest of a man who had drugs sticking out of his pocket, police say.
At approximately 10:40 pm last night, officers responded to the Kennedy Apartments off Cedarbridge Avenue after receiving a complaint of a large group that was acting disorderly.
Upon arrival, several members of the group fled the area on foot while several officers were speaking with a 25-year-old male
During the encounter, Officer Edguardo Vega observed a bag of marijuana protruding from the front pocket of the man’s sweatshirt. He was then placed under arrest and found to be in the possession of several other narcotics, including Percocet and Xanax pills.
As a result Kazon, the man was charged with Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance and released a short time later.

Sounds like a basic drug arrest. Happens dozens of times a week. Why is this news worthy? On a side note, good job Ptl. Vega!
