  1. I agree with “Huh??” The driver turning left, went into the wrong lane. The fault only changes if it’s a one way street, if the stopped driver was going the wrong way

  2. That is not an Oops, it is stupidity.
It’s a matter of not paying attention, Driving too fast, and being in such a darn rush to turn that you can’t even wait to get all the way up to where you should be turning from before making the turn!
Turns should be a 90 degree angle, not a slight curve!
This happens all the time and needs to stop!
Pay attention, slow down, have patience, and dont be in such a rush!

  3. It’s the fault of the insurance companies that write policies for incompetent drivers. Periodic retesting is definitely in order to weed out drivers that should no longer be allowed to drive.

  4. Insurance companies? BH I have had only a couple of accidents in Lakewood where I got hit by some oblivious driver. They are adamant that I don’t call my insurance company but use a friend’s, relative’s or the like body shop. I refuse, file a police report as required by law, and let my insurance company go after theirs. I get an authorized shop, rental car and warranty on the repairs. What ever happens to them is not my problem. Be legit, Hashem sees it all.

    • You can be legit, but not report it. Be real, if your mother made a fender bender, you’d report it?
This is not to say never to report, but it takes common sense..
