OMG (Ocean Management Group) of Lakewood has taken over management of Woodlake Manor Townhomes Association, TLS has learned. The management group was selected to manage the 240 unit rental community after proving their management capabilities in the nearby Golf View development, which the company took over about two years ago.

“We feel privileged to serve the community as we strive over the next several months to enhance and upgrade the community, as well as reduce the association fees”, OMG Owner, Jack Schmidt tells TLS. “The depreciation of quality of life within the association was a great distress to all homeowners, and the financial burden to homeowners was also very overwhelming”, Schmidt says.

In the recent years, the area has been known by authorities as an address for many crimes, including stabbings and drug trafficking, but OMG says they plan on turning the development around for the better.
