There are no charges being filed against the driver involved in the fatal accident that claimed the life of Batsheva Esther Wolfson A”H, the Prosecutor’s Office told TLS today.
“Preliminarily it is just a tremendously tragic accident,” says the Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office Spokesman Al Della Fave.
According to the reports, the child, 2, was walking a few feet behind the rest of her family when the driver backed out of the driveway thinking it was clear to do so as the rest of the family passed by.
The child was treated by paramedics and transported to Jersey Shore Medical Center where she R’L succumbed to her injuries.

The olam should get them built in that it automatically works when the vehicle is put in to reverse, they’re not expensive, the Rabanim in town should take care of that.
