‎isKeren Hamaasros has notified TLS that fresh dates from Golden Farmer’s Market on Route 9 S. in Lakewood are from Eretz Yisroel, despite what the boxes may say. ‎

Therefore, Terumah and Maaser are required to be taken.

Dates purchased after 8:30 PM on Tuesday September 23, have had Terumah and Maasros separated‎ by the KCL, Keren Hamaasros says. However, that was only for the specific batch. Any other batches would not be included in that Hafrasha.
